Die Wildblumenmatte beruht auf einem neuartigen Verfahren, bei dem die Jungpflanzen unterschiedlicher Wildblumenarten auf ein Baumwollvlies eingewurzelt sind. Die Vliesmatten mit den eingewurzelten Wildblumen werden auf der vorgesehenen Fläche auf den Boden gelegt und ca. 3 cm mit sterilem Material, zum Beispiel mit Sand oder steriler Erde, abgedeckt. Ein Problem mit einem höheren Nährstoffgehalt ergibt sich für Wildblumen, wenn diese mit Gräsern und Unkräutern, die Nährstof.
Wir sind eine Gruppe von Landwirten und Gärtnern und haben uns auf die Gewinnung von Wildblumensamen spezialisiert. Unsere Haupternteflächen sind bunte Blumenwiesen von denen wir das Heu dreschen und etwa 700 verschiedene Pflanzenarten händisch sammeln. Wir stellen für jeden Standort ab 2 Quadratmeter Fläche eine ökologisch passende Pflanzenmischung zusammen. Dazu brauchen wir Angaben über die geografische.
